well make good friends with people on this forum and other forums and ask them nicely but dont plead also forums that let you advertise for staff is a good way all you need to do is be kind and patient it took me 3 months to pull nsk's staff group together

Well alot of the time people join sites that already have alot of graphics. maybe you could try making more graphics and different kinds too

All i need for it is staff but i am pretty happy with who i have. 1 guide maker and an animation person who hasn't even added anything xD
